Skiing & Snowboard in Schools Program
This web page is meant for school administrators and parent council members who may wish to explore a skiing-in-schools program for their elementary or middle school. For 40 years, Snowhawks has delivered travelling ski and snowboard programs for children across Ottawa. Our SiS program brings that expertise to your school — after-school evenings with deluxe chartered motor coaches, certified instruction, full supervision, and a whole lot of fun.
OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
Lesson Package
Certified instructors · small groups · every outing
CSIA / CASI certified — same instructor every outing builds continuity.
70-minute lessons — longer than the 60-min standard at most centres.
Lessons are mandatory for beginners — first-timers must purchase Lesson Package, with added value as they often stretc the full evening the first couple of weeks.
Rental Equipment
Avalible to anyone who does not own gear. Add during registration.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Every Program Includes
Round-trip motor coach travel from the school, lift tickets, and supervision are included for every participant, every outing — no upgrades, no surprises. Add lessons and rental equipment to complete the experience, as required.

Chartered from school to hill and back. Departs within 15–20 min of dismissal or early-dismissal. Returns by 9 PM (9:15 PM for some schools).
NO SEPRATE PURCHASE NEEDED
Passes for all four outings are included. Lift ticket credits for those who use their own season pass.
